1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Verible's website, applications, browser tools, verification features, and related services.
By accessing or using Verible, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use Verible only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. How Verible may be used
Verible is designed to help buyers and sellers evaluate marketplace trust signals, verify profiles, and reduce transaction risk.
Trust scores, alerts, and recommendations are informational tools. They support decision-making, but they do not guarantee the identity, intent, quality, safety, or future behavior of any person or listing.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the service responsibly and to provide truthful, current, and complete information when creating an account, submitting seller details, or requesting verification.
- Use Verible only for lawful marketplace research, onboarding, verification, and related account activity.
- Review trust information carefully before making a purchase, payment, shipment, or other irreversible decision.
- Keep any device, browser, or extension settings under your control secure and up to date.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse Verible or attempt to interfere with other users, our systems, or third-party platforms.
- Do not upload false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the service except as allowed by law.
- Do not use Verible to harass people, profile them unlawfully, or make decisions that violate privacy, consumer protection, or anti-discrimination laws.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit verification materials you are not authorized to use.
6. Third-party services and marketplace data
Verible may rely on information from third-party marketplaces, public profile pages, integrations, and service providers. Availability and accuracy can change without notice.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, listing content, payment flows, or the policies of external platforms you access through or alongside Verible.
7. Intellectual property
Verible and its related branding, software, content, and service materials are owned by Verible or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for users or systems, or used the service in a fraudulent or abusive way.
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every score, alert, or data point will always be complete, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verible will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.
